New 'Topics index' launched

Finding the resources you need on this website has just got easier. The new Topics index has been launched today.

This index takes key words in the field of church or mission agency organisation and lists all the relevant resources for each one. Each reference is web-linked so you can go straight to the item in question to see if this is one that will give you the material you are looking for.
There are also cross-references listed where these might prove helpful.
As an example, if you are looking for something on change management, scroll down the alphabetical listing to C and you will find four resources listed on this theme. Or if something on self-awareness is required, go to S and there are three items to check out.
