One of the new sets of Training Notes just uploaded to the site gives advice to church and ministry leaders who work with an Associate or Second-in-command. This can be found at TN101 on the Training Notes page.

The notes provide ten pieces of advice to help this key relationship prosper. These range from the need for a shared vision, through affirming them in public, to working on specific projects together.
As with all items in the Resources section of this website they are free to download or print out for up to 30 copies. Ensure your No. 1s and No. 2s are provided with copies or given the link.
