Article on letting rooms updated

Article A28 in the Resources section has had additional material added to it today. A number of people had raised issues not covered in the original version uploaded two years ago.
The article does not seek to go into technical matters in detail, but does now mention and give references for copyright licences, issues affecting VAT and further resources on booking agreements.
All 110+ items in the Resources section are updated at least once every two years to improve the content, update references and make corrections where there have been changes in legislation and best practice. So every month about four or five items are checked and updated.
