C - for Clarity
Examples given of how to prevent a meeting taking place in a fog.

H - for Harmony
People need to understand the business, respect the leadership, listen and trust each other.

A - Agreement
Ideas for how to lead a meeting towards an agreed decision.

I - Involvement
The role of bringing everyone in while managing the time properly.

R - Review
The idea of reviewing each meeting and a series of meetings to test the group's performance.

There are various examples given and each point is carefully explained.
