Training Notes reach their century!

There are now 100 sets of Training Notes on the website in addition to the 39 Articles and the sets of Health-checks. The century was passed this month with TN100, Why some offer, why some don't. All 100 can be accessed on the Training Notes page of the website.

Training Notes are items of no more than 2,000 words, often written in headings and bullet-point format. They are in essence short articles but many of them relate to part of one of my training events.
The latest set provides 12 reasons why people may volunteer in churches, and 12 reasons why they sometimes do not. There may be some surprises in the lists. Reasons for are not always completely praiseworthy, and reasons against may reflect more on the church's management of volunteers than the individuals.
