Just uploaded to the site today is a particularly innovative set of Training Notes. These provide an outline for an overall Church Financial Policy covering a wide range of areas.

Training Notes TN98, An outline Church Financial Policy, draws together 61 possible headings to consider when developing a composite policy to include all financial aspects of church life. These are divided into nine areas including teaching about giving, revenue expenditure, financial administration and capital projects.
For example, under 'capital projects' points include identified giving, seeking external giving, Lottery funding and partnership with non-church organisations.
