Exemptions to the 2010 Equalities Act explained

The 2010 Equalities Act allows certain exemptions for Christian bodies to be able to appoint professing Christians. But the conditions are tight and there is no exact listing of how they apply, so it depends on how Employment Tribunals will interpret them.
