Role template for church leaders published

Uploaded to this site today is a new set of Training Notes providing a role definition for a church leader, but with an intriguing twist.
The template has been written by taking the Church of England 'Ordinal' (services of ordination) and rewriting this into job description format. This has involved analysing the wording of the service, regrouping different points, updating the language a little and giving each short section a heading, with nine in all.
The result will be of interest to all church leaders in any denomination or none, as the wording has been deliberately chosen to bridge all such divides.
