A new set of Training Notes promoting exit interviews has been uploaded to the site today. TN95, Exit interviews for everyone, can be found on the Training Notes page.

The Notes give guidance on how to conduct an exit interview with a member of staff leaving the church's employment. This is the use of such interviews that many people will be familiar with.
But the Notes then go on to extend the idea, first to Ministers as they leave, and then to anyone in the congregation moving on. There is valuable information to be discovered from such interviews, provided the church is open to criticism and learning lessons for the future.
