This website offers a detailed tool to assess anyone's administrative gifts, and a cut-down version for a quick check-up.

The detailed tool is at HC8 and HC9 on the Health-checks pages of the Resources section. A Gift Assessment for Administrators examines the themes of Fascination, Aptitude and Discipleship as a means of identifying people with gifts in the administrative sphere.
For those who do not wish to use all the tests that are set out in the assessment, there is a cut-down version at TN115, Identifying gifts of administration, on the Training Notes pages of the Resources section.
