- Working alongside a growing church as it seeks to make a new staff appointment: (1) to oversee organisational matters, and (2) to release teaching and pastoral staff for their priority ministries.
- Reviewing the governance and leadership structures of a regional organisation working with young people, and proposing a new way of working to overcome past disquiet and enable future growth.
- Advising a church where staff are finding it difficult to work together in harmony by proposing possible solutions to enable all to flourish in ministry.
- Reviewing the administrative function of a group of churches with a central office, and recommending practical ways forward to support future plans.
- Coaching a variety of Christian leaders one-to-one to determine future direction, maintain priorities, manage a team, and handle paperwork successfully.
