- Wide responsibility at ‘executive’ / ‘senior staff’ level working in close co-operation with the senior Minister, usually in a large church.
- Responsible for the operation of the strategic plan over a range of areas such as HR, communication, finance, plant, IT, volunteer mobilisation, events.
- Line manager for the other administrative staff in a large church, or oversight of other staff, interns and/or volunteer teams in a medium sized church.
- Normally a full-time salaried post, but if part-time at least 16 hours per week.
- Job titles such as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Administrator, Church Co-ordinator, Administrative Manager.
